The Sunshine Coast tour programs run on “small passenger vessels”. This is a Transport Canada classification. An inspection process ensures the full compliment of safety equipment is available and serviced.
Maximum capacity in this classification is 12 passengers. Our tour boats enjoy the intimacy of this size group.
Given the size and manouverability of our boats we can get in close to shore and view all the interesting features as we travel. As well as being scheduled on regular tour departures, the boats are also available for private charters, group programs or transportation jobs. Note: Alternate vessels from the ones shown here may be substituted.

MV BLine is an ideal small passenger vessel for the tour business. There is full compliment of seating inside the heated cabin, as well as a passenger area outside on the back deck. Full length side windows of the cabin trunk allow good all around visibility from inside. Her back deck area is open, surrounded by handrails. You can move around, get unrestricted views and take that prize winning photograph.
BLine has a deep vee design that gives her excellent sea keeping characteristics and stability. Her very low profile and center of gravity ensure stability in all normal weather conditions. Pound for pound, she is one of the very best boats in the area!
The BLine is capable of carrying up to 4000 lbs of passenger or cargo. She will cruise easily at 25 knots. Power is delivered by a D6 Volvo, 330 hp diesel engine and duo prop drive. In addition to the manufacturer’s noise reduction design considerations we have added sound proofing to reduce on board noise to a minimum.
Talk about fun in the Bay! The pontoon boat is the ideal platform, stable and comfortable. It’s easy to load and you can move around without any problems. Visibility couldn’t be better!
Power on this boat is a reliable Merc outboard. New design outboards are both environmentally friendly and whisper quiet. Engineers sized ours for both efficiency and reliability.
Enjoy a comfortable ride on this “V” hull and maximum work flexibility with the landing craft style topside. Built on a “V” hull to ensure a smoother ride this landing craft is still all business. Capable of carrying big loads in big water it can really work. But no concession was made when it came to passenger comfort and viewing convenience. Comfortable seats in the heated cabin are near the back of the boat where the smoothest ride is. Noise is kept to a minimum. There is an extra wide loading door and a full size, on board head to help us give the best touring experience we can.
This vessel is out of service now. It is available for sale.
This RhIB is made by Lifetimer. When powered with two 150 horsepower outboards, she will run at 25 knots. You can cover a lot of ground in a short time. It’s a real blast, with wind in the face and the taste of saltwater spray.
